Rotating Magnetic Separator

This separator is used to get rid of all type of ferrous particles contained in refrigerating liquids. It’s main part is a roller that is activated with a reducer and which turns inside a steel case at 2 rpm.

The liquid which enters the top part flows through the roller and reaches the bottom of the case, where the particles remain on a steel disc that keeps on turning so that the particles can be separated.

These particles fall in to a pick up drawer and the liquid, which is filtered and clean, falls into the bottom part of the device.
