Magnetics Materials

Alnico Magnets

Produced by casting and sintering. They present the best behaviour at high temperatures. They have a high remanence but a low coercitivity. Its design is conditional on its low coercitivity.

Ferrite Magnets

Obtained specially throughout sintering. They are the magnets mostly produced due to its high quality and low cost. There are many different qualities. Depending on the application, one or another quality will be chosen.
They present high resistance to demagnetisation.

Neodymium Magnets

Neodymium magnets have the best magnetic characteristics existing nowadays. Its behaviour depending on temperature is better than with the rest. They can be used for applications of up to 150ºC. In certain applications, it is necessary to protect them against oxidation.

Samarium - Cobalt Magnets

They belong to the RARE-EATH family. Its magnetic characteristics permits the measurements to be reduced. Its energy product is considerably high. It has very good behaviour at high temperatures..

Magnetic Rubber

They are produced from a mixture of ferrite powder and rubber. They may be supplied in rough, with adhesive rubber or with PVC. They can be magnetised in many ways depending on the customers need.
